< Go Back Is Low Energy output affecting your life? What is happening in the world around you could be emanating from your own energy. What do I mean by this? You could be only seeing what is around you and finding it very hard to see beyond that to connect with a more positive energy yourself.
Let me explain another way.
Have you ever felt like the world feels grumpy and everyone is always complaining? It could feel like that because, in some ways, that's what you are putting out there too. If you feel surrounded by unhappy people, it could be because you are displaying low energy. People don't want to be down too, so they avoid you because, whilst they would like to help you, maybe they don't know how to or have tried and can't break through.
To be surrounded by happy fun loving people ... YOU have to also be happy. Now this is easier said than done.... or is it?
You can't change how other people are BUT you can change your own behaviour, if you are aware of it. Note this is not done to FIT IN but to feel better in yourself. I'm not talking about changing who you are to fit in with what others want you to be, I'm talking about recognising issues in yourself, that you need, and indeed want, to change.
Have you have ever watched a bucket full of crabs crawling all over each other to try to get out? When one gets a latch onto the side of the bucket, another will grab hold of it and the weight of both crabs pulls them both back in.... its the same with life.
We turn to others to help lift ourselves up and get us out of the 'bucket of doom'. They are not responsible for how we feel. It isn't up to them to save us, they can't. If we want to feel better, no one else can do this for us but ourselves. We can get help and guidance from our closest friends, if we are lucky enough to have someone we can open up to, or a therapist and with their help we can get out the bucket. But it is still us who have to put the advice into practice, do the work....we have to be able to haul ourselves out the bucket. They will stand on the outside and encourage us, but ultimately we have to do the work. As the saying goes... you can give a man a fish and he will eat for the day but if you teach him HOW to catch the fish himself, he will eat for a lifetime.
